Extracts from the March 2013 article written by Geek-X creator
Since the publication of two articles – one on the website Gizmodo, and the other on Journal du Geek – I have read many comments about the project itself.
This is the reason why I have decided to write an article aiming at clarifying the goal of Geek-X Production, and therefore the one of its creator, none other than myself.
What Geek-X will not be doing:
- There will not be any scene involving geeks dressed as Superman or Batman.
- There will be no dialogue of the kind “I will insert my USB key in your port”
- No four-eyed, spotty, or weakling geek will be involved.
- No cartoons, 3D animes or futuristic films involving robots or aliens will be proposed.
What Geek-X aims at doing:
- As it was explained in my first column, the main objective of Geek X is to deconstruct and then build anew the image people have of geeks, which too often tends to oppose them to sexuality.
- We will be proposing scenarios which at last create value for geeks.
- We will create X-Artistic films ( film combining pornography and eroticism, and involving no violence or submission, by opposition to “gonzo” movies. The idea, on the contrary, is to invoke sensuality and smoothness)
- The films will combine sensuality, fun, and geek spirit (with many references to the geek universe).
- The long-term goal is to contribute to creating a “Geek Pride”. The new geek generation will be Geekx, or will not be at all.
Every group of people, every community, have their own porn – why not us? 😀
